Honeycomb

When we first pulled this honey it tested at 17.5% water and really clear with a tint of gold. The last few weeks of rain helped tremendously in making this harvest happen.

In this honey we can estimate that our bees visited the following plants for either nectar and/or pollen:

Breyer vine

Wild Blackberries

Wild Blueberries

Highbush Gallberry

Saw Palmetto

This jar contains our Blackberry Palmetto honeycomb filled with our thick and super sweet palm honey.
